Rosie Rees brings nude yoga to Perth with her body positive ‘Naked Awakening’ classes

Australia’s first nude yoga teacher has encouraged hundreds of women to shed their clothes to become more comfortable in their bodies.

Now, Rosie Rees is training up other facilitators to share her message around the world.

The Perth-based entrepreneur led her first nude yoga class in 2014, and every workshop since has been booked out.

So popular is Rees’ offering she has created a Naked Awakening course so other teachers can help women feel empowered in the skin they are in.
